Hi everyone,
I have a few updates to share this week.
First, regarding the missing package of sticker seals: unfortunately USPS was unable to locate it. One bright spot in the situation was a very kind USPS employee who went above and beyond trying to track it down—he even personally visited every business on the delivery route while following up with me via text for nearly two weeks. Despite those efforts, the package ultimately couldn’t be recovered.
Because of that, I’ve placed a new order for the serialized stickers, covering the cost (over $900) out of my own pocket so we can keep the project moving forward. The reprinted stickers should arrive at Gamblers Warehouse within the next few weeks, at which point deck assembly can resume and orders can begin shipping.
The good news is that this timing will likely line up closely with the completion of the outer box production, which means there’s a good chance we’ll be able to move forward with shipping all rewards around the same window once both the stickers and boxes arrive.
In the meantime, you should have received emails from BackerKit asking you to confirm your shipping information.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct so we can avoid any delivery issues once fulfillment begins.

Hi everyone,
I have a mixed update this week—some frustrating news, but also a positive milestone.
About two weeks ago, I shipped the custom sticker seals to Gamblers Warehouse so they could be applied to the deck tuckboxes during final assembly. Unfortunately, the package has gone missing.
Tracking shows that USPS marked the package as delivered, but security footage at the facility indicates that a UPS driver inadvertently picked up the package from the delivery dock before it was retrieved by staff. Both UPS and USPS are now working together to locate and return the shipment so assembly can proceed.
If the package cannot be recovered, I will need to reorder the stickers. The reprint cost is approximately $1,000, and production plus delivery would add a few additional weeks to the timeline. I’m actively monitoring the situation and will make a decision quickly if recovery doesn’t happen.
On the positive side:
The poker chip sets have shipped and should begin arriving to backers soon. It’s great to see at least part of the project reaching you.
Outer box production is still underway, and I’ll continue sharing updates as that progresses.
I know this project has tested everyone’s patience, and I truly appreciate those of you who’ve continued to stick with it. I’m working through each obstacle as it comes and remain committed to delivering everything properly.

Hi everyone,
Good news—assembly of the standard decks is currently underway, and shipments will begin soon for orders that do not include the deluxe box set. It feels great to finally see rewards moving out the door.
We’re still waiting on production of the outer boxes for the box set, and I’ll continue to share updates as soon as I have confirmed timing on those.
In the meantime, you should be receiving an email from BackerKit shortly asking you to confirm your shipping address.

If your address has changed—or if anything looks incorrect—make sure to update it immediately in BackerKit. Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address will require additional postage to be re-shipped.

Hi everyone,
Apologies for the slight delay in getting this update out, but I’m excited to finally share some forward movement on fulfillment.
While we’re still waiting on production for the deluxe box set packaging, I’ve decided not to keep all backers waiting. I’ll be moving ahead with shipping smaller orders that don’t include the full box set, and I’ll be covering the additional costs involved with splitting fulfillment into batches.
To kick things off, I’ll be finalizing backer information in BackerKit over the coming days. Keep an eye on your inbox—you’ll receive an email prompting you to confirm your order and shipping address. If you’d like to add on any additional items you can do that as well.

If your address has changed since you completed the survey, please update it in BackerKit to ensure your rewards arrive at the correct location.
Once any pending payments are processed and addresses are confirmed, reward shipments for these orders will begin.
