Hi everyone,
Time for our biweekly check-in, and I have some very exciting and substantial news to share today!
📦 Phase 1 is Shipping!
The first wave of orders is officially moving out. Phase 1 packages (orders that do not include the Box Set or the Kickstarter Bonus Pack) are being picked up from Gamblers Warehouse today! GW hasn't fully connected their shipping tool back into our BackerKit project just yet, but I've requested they do so ASAP. Once that sync is live, those of you in Phase 1 should start receiving your shipping notification emails with tracking links.
📦 Phase 2 & Phase 3 Timelines

Phase 2 (Orders with the Bonus Pack but no Box Set): These orders are queued up and should be shipping out next week!

Phase 3 (Orders with the Collector's Box Set): We are making huge progress here. The final outer packaging has arrived at the facility and it looks absolutely amazing. I'll try to snap and share some photos of the boxes this weekend!
The final missing piece for the Box Sets was the serialized stickers. I'm incredibly happy to announce that Bob Case finished hand-signing the stickers this week and has shipped them directly to Gamblers Warehouse! I expect outer box assembly to commence next week, which means Phase 3 orders will likely begin shipping the following week.

Thank you all again for your tremendous patience as we finally cross the finish line. It feels great to see these packages leaving the warehouse.

Hi everyone,
Time for our biweekly check-in, and I finally have some very exciting news to share about fulfillment!
Shipping is Officially Starting in Phases
Because we are still waiting on the final outer magnetic boxes and their matching serialized stickers for the Collector's Box Sets, I didn't want to keep everyone else waiting. To get as many decks into your hands as soon as possible (and to beat an upcoming postage rate increase), I have instructed Gamblers Warehouse to split our fulfillment into three distinct phases.
NOTE: Please double check that your shipping address in Backerkit is correct and current. If it is incorrect and your order is returned, you will need to pay additional postage fees to have it reshipped.
Here is the shipping plan:
📦 Phase 1 (Shipping starting next week)
Orders that do not include the Kickstarter Bonus Pack and do not include a Collector's Box Set are heading out the door! Gamblers Warehouse is prepping these now, and you should receive shipping notification emails starting next week if you fall into this group.
📦 Phase 2 (Shipping by April 20th)
Orders that include the Kickstarter Bonus Pack (but no Box Set) are up next. As I mentioned in the last update, Gamblers Warehouse is printing the corrected CMYK tuckboxes for the Display Decks. Those are expected to be finished next week, at which point this second wave of orders will ship out before April 20th.
📦 Phase 3 (Late April / May)
Orders that include a Collector's Box Set. The outer magnetic boxes are expected to arrive at the facility in the next two weeks. Simultaneously, I am finalizing the custom serialized stickers for the inside and outside of the boxes. It's frustrating that these are the final holdup, but to ensure the utmost quality for this premium item, I'm holding them back until every piece is perfect and ready for assembly.

Hi everyone,
Time for the latest update. Let's get right into it.
The Good News: Stickers have arrived The reprinted serial stickers are officially at Gamblers Warehouse. Assembly is currently underway and should be completed by next week. I’ve included a photo of the new stickers below so you can check them out.
The "Fun Twist": A miscommunication on the boxes In another unexpected turn of events, there was a miscommunication between Gamblers Warehouse and USPC. The display decks were supposed to be packed in standard CMYK printed tuckboxes (which was included in the USPC production price). Instead, USPC packed them in blank white boxes.
The Fix To correct this, Gamblers Warehouse is going to print the proper CMYK tuckboxes for the display decks. Because the communication fumble was between them and USPC, GW has agreed to split the extra production costs with me.
What this means for shipping This adds another slight delay to our timeline while the new boxes are printed and the decks are rehoused, but we are getting very close to finally shipping out your rewards.
I know it's been a long road, and I appreciate you hanging in there while we clear these final hurdles.

Hi everyone,
I have a few updates to share this week.
First, regarding the missing package of sticker seals: unfortunately USPS was unable to locate it. One bright spot in the situation was a very kind USPS employee who went above and beyond trying to track it down—he even personally visited every business on the delivery route while following up with me via text for nearly two weeks. Despite those efforts, the package ultimately couldn’t be recovered.
Because of that, I’ve placed a new order for the serialized stickers, covering the cost (over $900) out of my own pocket so we can keep the project moving forward. The reprinted stickers should arrive at Gamblers Warehouse within the next few weeks, at which point deck assembly can resume and orders can begin shipping.
The good news is that this timing will likely line up closely with the completion of the outer box production, which means there’s a good chance we’ll be able to move forward with shipping all rewards around the same window once both the stickers and boxes arrive.
In the meantime, you should have received emails from BackerKit asking you to confirm your shipping information.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct so we can avoid any delivery issues once fulfillment begins.

Hi everyone,
I have a mixed update this week—some frustrating news, but also a positive milestone.
About two weeks ago, I shipped the custom sticker seals to Gamblers Warehouse so they could be applied to the deck tuckboxes during final assembly. Unfortunately, the package has gone missing.
Tracking shows that USPS marked the package as delivered, but security footage at the facility indicates that a UPS driver inadvertently picked up the package from the delivery dock before it was retrieved by staff. Both UPS and USPS are now working together to locate and return the shipment so assembly can proceed.
If the package cannot be recovered, I will need to reorder the stickers. The reprint cost is approximately $1,000, and production plus delivery would add a few additional weeks to the timeline. I’m actively monitoring the situation and will make a decision quickly if recovery doesn’t happen.
On the positive side:
The poker chip sets have shipped and should begin arriving to backers soon. It’s great to see at least part of the project reaching you.
Outer box production is still underway, and I’ll continue sharing updates as that progresses.
I know this project has tested everyone’s patience, and I truly appreciate those of you who’ve continued to stick with it. I’m working through each obstacle as it comes and remain committed to delivering everything properly.
